When you enter the website, you see a good layout. Everything seems to be in the right place, but when you scroll down, you notice how long it is. It looks like the developers decided to put all information on the main page. You may say it is good that the necessary info is right here in front of you. But why should anyone scroll up and down the page to find what they need? As all that information can be divided into several sections, it would be much more convenient to make separate pages.

And by the way, one more thing that would irritate every visitor is a pop-up windows that show some actions from other customers. For example, the order #12345 has just been delivered, or so many orders on that subject have been placed recently, or something like that. Whoa!

If you check their order form, you will see all types of academic papers they provide. The list is very big, but you definitely won’t find anything new there. Just the same things other writing services provide.

Prices

This is something you won’t like about the service at all. One-page essay with two-week deadline will cost you more than 15 dollars. The price still depends on the number of pages, the level of difficulty, and the deadline. The only way to save some money is to order as early as possible. Otherwise, you are going to give away a huge amount.

Discounts & Extras

Frankly speaking, I couldn’t find any information on possible discount except for one hint in the order form. You are offered to enter your email address to unlock a special price that is a bit lower than the original one.

Still, they have a loyalty program information on which can found on the Prices and Discounts page, so I assume this can be considered discount. Anyway, the thing is that you receive bonuses from each order you place. That is 5% from your order price. You can collect those bonuses and pay them for another order.

Deadline Management

Let’s now talk about what I have dealt with myself. To check how the service works you have to place an order, a typical two-page essay with a one-week deadline. In my opinion, one week is enough to write two pages, but I guess they don’t think so.

In fact, they failed the deadline, however they told me my essay would be ‘a bit late.’ When I asked what was the reason for that, they didn’t provide me with a clear answer. I had to wait for the essay for a few more hours. And it seemed like they needed those few hours to write it.

Paper Quality

I made that assumption because the quality of my paper was not good enough. It was fine, but it’s not my first academic paper, and I can tell when it is written in a hurry. I decided not to return it for revision, I could made corrections myself. But I paid more than 30 dollars for that, and I can say the quality does not correspond.

Conclusion

Companies can make as pretty and convenient a website as possible. But if they do not care about the quality of services they provide, they will gain a bad reputation among customers. I am not saying my essay was bad. It was good, but not so good that I expected.
